We worked with Steve at Tropicana for about 30 years. He was always feisty, funny and passionately cared. He was always helping back in the cartons days when machines were frustrating to run. He would do what needed to be done to get people help that were hurting or struggling with their machines even if he didn’t see eye to eye with them. He always had that spirit and will be missed.
I have lots of great memories. We worked at Tropicana as leads on 3rd shift, we called ourselves the 3 Amigos, we became very good friends. You accompanied me on my wedding day (March 13th) and to my daughter's 1st birthday. I will miss you my friend.

It was a pleasure to get to know Steve at Tropicana over the years. He was a kind soul, a hard worker, and an overall good guy! He will be missed by all of us at Tropicana. Prayers to the entire Jacobs family during this time.
